❄️ Cold Chain & Packaging
Cold-chain items are shipped in insulated boxes with dry ice or gel packs, and monitored with NFC temperature tags when required by the product and delivery distance.
NFC tags log the temperature every 5 minutes. They allow us to verify that cold-chain items remained within safe temperature ranges during transit.

By U.S. food safety laws, frozen and perishable items cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with photos for a refund or replacement.
Yes. Unopened, non-perishable items may be returned within the legal minimum return period (usually 7 days).

Yes, vendor onboarding is open to all halal producers, distributors, and stores.
Document requirements depend on the type of products you sell:
- Halal-required products (meat, poultry, dairy, processed foods, etc.): A valid halal certification from a recognized body.
- Other products (packaging, kitchenware, home goods, general merchandise): Standard business verification documents (e.g., business license, tax ID, proof of distribution rights).
All vendors must go through our verification process. Once approved, you can list your products in the AmericaHalal marketplace.
