What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods supported by Stripe and PayPal, including debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal balance.

Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?

For most orders, changes or cancellations are not possible once confirmed. Please double-check your cart before placing the order.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes. Same-day delivery is available for orders over $150 in select New Jersey ZIP codes. Eligibility will be shown at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated in real-time at checkout. For orders $120+, delivery is free nationwide.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship with trusted carriers including UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Amazon Shipping.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, America Halal delivers halal groceries across the continental U.S.

How do you keep meat and frozen items fresh during shipping?

Cold-chain items are shipped in insulated boxes with dry ice or gel packs, and monitored with NFC temperature tags when required by the product and delivery distance.

What are NFC temperature tags?

NFC tags log the temperature every 5 minutes. They allow us to verify that cold-chain items remained within safe temperature ranges during transit.

Can I return frozen or perishable products?

By U.S. food safety laws, frozen and perishable items cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with photos for a refund or replacement.

Can I return pantry or shelf-stable products?

Yes. Unopened, non-perishable items may be returned within the legal minimum return period (usually 7 days).

What if my package arrives damaged?

Please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll resolve the issue promptly in accordance with our refund policy.

Do you offer memberships?

Yes! For just $19/month, AmericaHalal Members enjoy free shipping nationwide on all orders.

Do you offer subscription boxes?

Yes. Choose from curated halal boxes (e.g., Ramadan Essentials, BBQ Box) or build your own “Create Your Box” subscription with a fixed weekly / monthly price.

Can I become a vendor on AmericaHalal?

Yes, vendor onboarding is open to all halal producers, distributors, and stores.

What documents are required to become a vendor?

Document requirements depend on the type of products you sell:

  • Halal-required products (meat, poultry, dairy, processed foods, etc.): A valid halal certification from a recognized body.
  • Other products (packaging, kitchenware, home goods, general merchandise): Standard business verification documents (e.g., business license, tax ID, proof of distribution rights).

All vendors must go through our verification process. Once approved, you can list your products in the AmericaHalal marketplace.
